St. Mary Medical Center Urgent Care

Healthcare Design & Construction was commissioned by the Hospital for the construction of a new Urgent Care Clinic project in Apple Valley. For this project, Healthcare Design & Construction constructed the new building housing the new urgent care service and a new parking lot. Our team was also responsible for the tenant improvement work for the first floor, which consists of eight (8) exam rooms, one (1) procedure room, one (1) x-ray room, and one (1) lab blood draw room. This project provides critical relief to the overloaded Emergency Department at the Hospital.
