Covenant Lifestyle Center

HDC completely remodeled the interior of the Covenant Lifestyle Center and added 5,500 sq. ft. to the building. The interior remodel consisted of all new finishes, lighting upgrades, new plumbing fixtures, and millwork. The addition structure houses a state of the art functional training room which features rubber backed athletic sport turf. This room was left open to structure and was fireproofed with intumescent paint. In addition to functional training, the new addition offers several group exercise rooms. The large group room contains a ballet barre system as well as a floating hardwood flooring system designed for high impact activities.
