Heritage Health ECCU

This project was to renovate an existing 2-story office building to Heritage Health’s new medical offices. Specific areas to OSHPD 3, lab, radiology and dermatology procedure rooms. HDC was selected to be the Design-Build contractor for this project.  The scope of work included demolition of existing office space, new partition walls, doors, ceilings, new electrical, LED lighting, relocation mechanical supply and new split systems, and new plumbing. This project created a welcoming and relaxing facility for Heritage Health to serve the broader community in the Brea area. This project was to renovate an existing 2-story office building to Heritage Health’s new medical office.
